So thrilled to meet up with past clients in Richmond, Virginia at Dogwell Dell to capture these moments! I love watching families grow~
This was my first time photographing families at this location in Charlottesville. I enjoyed meeting up with some wonderful new families, as well as seeing some familiar faces:)
I titled this post, “wonderful” because these clients are just that! They are so faithful and appreciative no matter what:)
I met them at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens this past fall for these photos, and it was so nice to capture an extended family session for them.
Thank you K family for being so awesome to work with!
As I remember, Molly didn’t want to miss a thing during her newborn session! How cute is she? Apparently, I did get some sleepy shots as well:)
I was so thrilled that Molly’s parents traveled from Charlottesville for their session…my clients are the best!
Fall family mini sessions are always so much fun! They can also be challenging because I have to capture what I need in 25 minutes or less…sometimes with kiddos who are not on board with me…lol!
I love these family sessions that were captured at Prospect Hill Plantation. I recommend staying there if you can, or at least visit for a wonderful meal.
I hope some wonderful Christmas cards were made with some of these adorable photos:) I do have some beautiful clients!
Family photography has a special place in my heart. There is just something about capturing special moments that will never happen again. I especially enjoy when families capture many generations during a photo shoot as this family did.
I also happen to love when I know the family I am photographing, which is also the case here! And the red truck…how amazing is that? Perfect for their Christmas cards!
I hope these photos make it onto their walls:)
Blakey wasn’t feeling well for her session, so thankfully she came back when she was feeling better!
I loved the theme of her cake smash, and I just fell in love with her big, beautiful brown eyes~
Sometimes it is fun to do a session “outside the box” for me. I hope to do some more of them next year!
Caitlyn turned 16 recently and her mom wanted to document this special time, and I am so glad she did. What a beautiful girl, inside and out:)
These girls have probably changed so much since I took their newborn photos back in October! I became so busy with fall sessions, that updating my blog took a back seat.
Hannah and Grace are so lucky to have the sweetest and most loving parents around. I can’t wait to watch them grow. Enjoy their photos~
